Be Prepared - Preprogram Your Radio

The following two links provide a list of frequencies and channels for coordinated communications. If you are going to participate in an actual event, drill or public service event, then having the radio you intend to use preprogrammed will make it easier for you to switch channels without having to program your radio in the field. Saving time in the field could mean saving lives and property! Keeping a printout of the frequencies with your radio is highly recommended.

Net control will determine which frequencies to be used based on individual circumstances, proximity to repeaters and any other reason that makes communications as reliable as possible.

The list of frequencies and channels on the two links below are subject to change. A system for notification of changes has not been developed yet (7/1/07). Therefore the list in the following links should be used until further notice.
